Chicken Picante Chili

Ingredients
1 lb chopped cooked chicken (about 3 chicken breast halves)1 16-oz jar picante sauce1 12-oz can spicy hot tomato vegetable juice1 can chili beans2 tbsp chili powder2 tsp ground cumin1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)Shredded cheese (optional)
Directions
In a 4-qt saucepan or dutch oven, combine all ingredients except the cheese.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer about 30 minutes.
Serve topped with a tbsp shredded cheese, if desired.
