1.5 cups all purpose flour2 tbsp Sucanat1 tbsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 tsp cinammon1.75 cups unsweetened soy milk1/3 cup canola oil2 eggs1 cup blueberries
Directions
Serving size=1 waffle; recipe makes 18 waffles

Mix wet ingredients, add dry ingredients, add blueberries last. Use waffle iron.
