Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Ingredients
16 oz. frozen broccoli3 c. skim milk1 (10.75 oz.) can Cream of Potato soup 1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar Cheese soup2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Boil broccoli until crisp tender, drain and return to pan. In the meantime whisk together milk and soups. Add soups and milk to broccoli and cook on medium low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occassionally. Add cheese, allow to melt and serve. Makes five 1 1/2 c. servings
