Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
Cauliflower, cooked, 3 cup (put through a grinder)Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces (diced)Scallions, raw, 3 medium (chopped)*Soy Sauce, 2 tspPeas and carrots, frozen, 1 cup (or just peas)Egg, fresh, 2 large Olive Oil, 2 1tsp Package of Fried Rice Seasoning
Directions
Put oil in fry pan. Add cauliflower and brown. Add green onions, seasoning and soy sauce. Put rice to the side and scramble 2 eggs cook and add to cauliflower mix. Add peas and carrots. Serve hot.
