Bacon Cheddar Soup

Ingredients
Half of a package of bacon4 cups of peeled and chopped potatoesHalf a hunk of Velveeta 2% (Half the fat) diced
Directions
cut package of bacon in half. Cut half up into small peices and fry, refrigerate the rest
peel and dice potatos, put in crockpot with just enough water to cover the potatoes
cut velveeta in half. dice. put on top the potatoes
by this time the bacon should be done. drain grease and add to crock
cook on high for 2-3 hours. usually done in about 2.75 hours
or cool all day on low
makes about 8 servings
