Tracie's Quesadilla

Ingredients
4 10inch tortillas2 cups shredded cheddar cheese1can sliced olives1 cup chopped tomatoes1/2 can green chilis1 tbsp low fat sour cream2tbsp salsa
Directions
Spray a frying pan, skillet, or griddle with cooking spray. Medium heat.
Take each tortilla and place 1/4 amount of cheese, olives, tomatoes, green chilis on one half the tortilla.
Fold tortilla in half.
Cook each side of tortilla until light brown and crisp.
Cut with pizza cutter into four pieces.
Serve with sour cream and salsa.
