Healthy Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup Peanut Butter1 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Cinnamon, ground3 Egg whites2 Cups Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal1/2 cup to 1 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1/2 tsp. Salt1.5 cup Vanilla Extract, 1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Mix dry ingredients in bowl
Mix wet ingredients in different bowl
Mix both bowls together and spoon small round balls on cookie sheet.

Bake for 10-12 Min. on 350.
