orzo with shrimp and feta

Ingredients
1 cup orzo - cooked per directions1 chopped onion3 cloves garlic1 tsp olive oil1/4 cup white wine1 can tomatoes drained (reserve 1/2 cup juice)1 tsp oregano1 tsp black pepper1 Tbls capers drained1 chopped jalepenos (seeds removed)1/2 lb shrimp1/2 cup fetaCook orzo per directions and set aside. Heat oil in pan and add onions and garlic. Saute for 3 minutes and add wine. Cook 1 minute and add tomatoes jalepeno capers and spices. Simmer for about 5 minutes and add shrimp. Cook until shrimp are opaque and then add the feta. Cook until the shrimp are competely cooked and feta is melted. Serves 4
