Ingredients
Warm WaterLemon Juice
Directions
Take 2 cups (measured) or 8 oz of warm (as warm as you would like) and add 2 TBSPN of Lemon Juice. Mix together and drink. I also add one packet of Splenda so it is not so tart.

This will help your body shed some of the excess Sodium (Salt) you have built up in your system.
