Ingredients
* Couscous, 1.5 cup, cooked * Celery, raw, 3 tbsp * Carrots, raw, 1/2 cup, grated * Shallots, 1 tbsp chopped * *Lemon Juice, 1/2 lemon yields * Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup
Directions
Make couscous with 1 cup of water. Finely chop and add all ingredients and mix.
