Taco Casserole

1 lb. 97% fat free ground turkey12 oz. frozen corn16 oz. picante sauce2 T. chili powder1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese3 oz. tortilla chips (about 18 chips)
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Brown turkey in large pan using pam so it doesn't stick. Add corn, picante sauce, and chili powder. Spray oven safe dish with pam. Transfer to oven safe dish. Add cheddar cheese and corn chips on top.
Bake at 350 for 15 min. until cheese is melted and chips are a bit browned. Divide into 6 pieces with a spatula.
To serve, you could add shredded lettuce and sour cream, guacamole, olives, chopped tomatoes, whatever else you like. I didn't add those ingredients in because I don't always use them.
