1/2 cup milk (recipe calculator uses 2%)1 egg1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup apple sauce, unsweetened2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/3 cup mini chocolate chips1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder3/4 white sugar1 1/2 cup flour15 tsp benefiberMix all dry ingredients (except chips) and wet ingredients separately and then mix together. Mix well. Add in chocolate chips.Pour into muffin tins, either sprayed or with liner. Do to Fill between 1/2 and 3/4 full.
Cook at 400 degrees.
Bake between 15 and 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
