Chicken, Onion and Carrot Pie

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast (2 lg breasts)2 medium onions, diced or sliced2 cup diced carrots2 tbsp mustard3 tbsp flour1 1/4 cup milkcelery salt to tasteblack pepper to tastedash of dried thyme
Directions
saute chicken, carrots and onion in a lightly oiled pan for about 10-15 min. add in flour stirring to coat. add in milk than mustard and cook for 10 or more minutes until thickened. season.
place in oven proof casserole and cover with puff pastry.
bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
