Cream of Mushroom Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 lbs of Stew Meat1 cup of freshly sliced mushrooms1/2 cup of Onion, chopped2 cloves of Garlic, Minced3 Tbls of Margarine1 can of Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup2 Tbls of Heinz 57 Sauce1/2 cup of Lite Sour Cream
Directions
Satue in sauce pan, the butter, sliced mushrooms, chopped onion and the garlic over med-high heat, until browned.

Add in the Cream of Mushroom Soup and the 57 Sauce. Stir and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Just before serving, add in the Sour Cream.

Serve over Egg noodles or Rice.
