Baking Powder Biscuits

Ingredients
3 c. flour1tsp salt2 tsp baking powder1/2 c. margarine1 cup water (add more if needed)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400º.

Mix all dry ingredients. Cut in margarine until it forms pea sized lumps.

Add water all at once and stir briskly to mix. Drop in dollops onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 min. or until golden brown. Makes 16 2" biscuits.
