Peanut Butter Breakfast Spread

3/4 cup chunky peanut butter2 tblsp honey1/2 cup finely snipped dried fruit, such as raisins, dates, apricots, figs, prunes or applesHot toast or warm english muffins
Makes 1 1/2 cups of spread. A serving is 2 tblsps.
Blend together peanut butter and honey; stir in dried fruit. Store mixture in a tightly covered container at room temperature. To serve, spread on toast or muffins. (If desired, broil toast, spread with mixture 4 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes.)
