Poppy Seed Chicken - low fat

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup, 98% fat free1 cup fat free sour cream1/2 cup slivered almonds1 sleeve crushed Ritz Crackers, Reduced Fat3 tblsp poppy seed3 tblsp Take Control Light Spread
I usually boil the chicken ahead of time and cool, then tear apart or cut into chunks.
Stir the 2 soups, sour cream and slivered almonds together in a medium bowl. Add the chicken and stir together. Place in 2 qt casserole dish.
Melt the butter substitue ( I used Take Control Light Spread) and stir in the crushed Ritz crackers and poppy seed, then sprinkle over the mixture in the dish.
Bake at 350 for about half an hour.
Makes about 8 3/4-cup servings.
