Crockpot Aztec Chicken

Ingredients
1 bag frozen corn1 can black beans, rinsed and drained1 pound chicken breasts, diced or cut into strips1 c salsa1/2 pkg light/reduced fat cream cheese
Directions
First layer the bag of corn on the bottom, then you put 1-16oz can of Black Beans, then chopped chicken breasts, and 1 jar of salsa

20 minutes before serving put cream cheese on top.

Serve with brown rice and tortilla chips and top with chedder cheese - not included in calorie counts.
