I have made this quite a few times and my family loves it, even my picky 15 year old. I drain the green chilies. This dish is the bomb! I make it with salad and corn on the cob. It is also really good the next day as a sandwich. - 2/28/10

I tried this a few nights ago, and OH MY is it DELICIOUS!
The WW book shows 3 pts per serving, but I got 2 pts when I calc'd the nutrition info listed here, but even at 3, it tastes great, is easy to make, and reheats well for lunch the next day! This will be one of my regulars! - 8/19/09
