1/3 cup light mayo1/4 cup finely chopped celery1/4 cup slivered almonds2 tbsp finely chopped onion1 tbsp sweet pickle relish1 tsp sugar1/4 tsp salt1 can (6 oz) tuna, water-packed, drained1/2 cup chopped red appleOptional (not included in nutritional information):6 slices reduced calorie bread6 lettuce leaves
Directions
In large bowl combine first 7 ingredients; stir in tuna and apple.

Serving size is 1/2 cup

Optional: Spread 1/2 cup tuna on three slices of bread. Top with lettuce and remaining bread
