Lemon Pudding Cake from Cake Mix

Ingredients
1 package yellow cake mix – reduced sugar1 package instant lemon pudding mix – sugar free, fat free4 eggs – or 8 egg whites3/4 cup oil – or applesauce, unsweetened3/4 cup water
Directions
Mix for 2 minutes and bake in 9 x 2 x 13-inch pan at 350 degrees until it springs back to touch. Prick with fork while hot and drizzle glaze or frosting over top. (Glaze or frosting not considered in nutritional info)
