Chicken Breast Braised in white wine

Ingredients
4 chicken breast (cut in half)1 cup of white wine1 tbsp light butter2 tbsp parsley1 tbsp thyme1 tsp sea salt1 tsp pepper4 wedges of lemon1 tsp lemon juice4 cloves of garlic(sliced into slivers)
Directions
Place chicken breast in pan season with sea salt, pepper, garlic cloves and thyme, add white wine and bring to boil. Reduce to to simmer and cook for 30 minutes. Turn chicken over and place lemon wedges on top of chicken and allow to cook till tender aprox. 15 min. Then remove chicken and cover and keep warm. Boil remaining juice till 2/3 gone, then add parsley, butter, lemon juice, sea salt, and pepper to taste. Simmer till thickened to pour. Pour over chicken when serving. Makes 8 servings.
