Ingredients
8 uncooked lasagna noodles1 cup reduced fat moneray jack cheese15 oz. part skim ricotta cheese4.5 oz green chilies1/8 tsp salt1/2 tsp chili powder2 cups no salt added , canned black beans drained
Directions
350 degree oven
cook noodles , according to package, drain
combine cheese's and seasoning in small bowl
spread mixture over one side of noodle
spread black bean on top of cheese mixture
roll(like a jelly roll
coat baking dish with PAM
place rolls ,seam side down in baking dish
bake for 25 minutes
serve w/ salsa
