Turkey "Italian Sausage" Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb. 93% lean ground turkey1 egg, beaten1/2 c. plain breadcrumbs1-1/2 t. salt3-1/2 t. paprika3/4 t. garlic powder 1/2 t. crushed fennel seeds1 t. ground black pepper1/4 t. crushed red pepper flakes (optional for spicy turkey meatballs)
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes, plus 2 hours chilling in fridge

Cook time: Approx. 5-6 minutes.

1. Mix all ingredients together. Chil seasoned meat for 2-3 hours,

2. Shape mixture into approx. 18 meatballs

3. Spray a nonstick pan with nonstick cooking spray.

4. Cook meatballs for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through and nicely browned on the outside.

Serving size. Approx. 3 meatballs.
