Buttermilk Wheat pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup white flour1/2 cup wheat flour1/4 cup wheat germ2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 tbls sugar1 egg3 tbls canola oil1 cup lowfat buttermilk
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix egg, buttermilk and oil together until blended. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until just blended. Make pancakes on hot griddle. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto hot griddle for each pancake. Makes 6 -7 pancakes.
