Oatmeal Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients
Whole wheat flour, sugar, rolled oats, baking soda, salt, butter, canola oil, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, chocolate chips
Directions
Grind oats in a blender. Transfer to bowl and add flour, baking soda and salt.
In a separate bowl beat butter until fluffy. Add oil , sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla and mix until smooth. Add dry ingredients, beating continuously on low speed until just mixed. Add chocolate chips.
Drop cookies in heaping teaspoonfools onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
