Teriyaki Steak

Ingredients
2 lbs. Boneless Chuck Steak1 tsp. ground ginger1 tbs. sugar2 tbs. oil ( I used canola oil)1/2 cup soy sauce1 garlic clove (crushed)
Directions
Cut steak into 1/8 inch thick slices. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Place meat in slow-cooking pot. Pour sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Can serve with Rice or on pita's.
