Mexican Quinoa Bake

1/2 lb ground beef1 Cup cooked pinto beans1 can diced tomatoes1 can corn, drained1 can black olives, drained2 C cooked Quinoa1 C grated cheddar cheese2 Tbsp Taco seasoning
Brown ground beef.
Cook Quinoa.
Put quinoa in the bottom of an 8x8 casserole. Mix Meat, beans, tomatoes, and corn together. Spoon over top of meat. Sprinkle with cheese and olives. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
