Mixed Garlic Mashed Potatos

Ingredients
2 medium russet potatoes, peeled1 sweet potato, peeled1 clove garlic1/4 cup skim milk1 tbs. buttersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Peel 2 medium russet and 1 sweet potato and cut into large chunks. Boil for about 20 minutes or until you can pierce with a fork. Meanwhile, finely chop a clove a garlic. Drain potatoes, add garlic, milk, butter, salt and pepper and mash with handheld masher (or handheld mixer if you'd like them to be smoother).
