Broccoli-Cauliflower Bake

Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (melted)Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp Thyme, ground, 2 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, .25 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 375

Rinse vegetables under water. Place wet veggies in a 2-qt ovenproof cassrole dish. Bake until slightly tender, about 40 min.

Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle misture over vegetables. Bake until crumbs are crisp and brown, and vegetables are tender, about 5 min. Yields 1/2 cup per serving.
