Low-Carb "Potato" Salad

Ingredients
1 head (or 1 bag frozen) Cauliflower, cut into flourettes1/2 cup Mayonnaise1/2 cup Sour Cream1 tsp Cayenne Pepper1 tsp Dijon MustardSalt and Pepper1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped3 each Hard Boiled Egg, chopped1 Cup Celery, diced1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded3 Tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits
Directions
1. Boil cauliflower until tender. Drain and rinse to cool.
2. Combine next 5 ingredients.
3. Toss all ingredients together and chill at least an hour before service.
