Cream Cheese Banana Bread

8 tbsp Smart Balance8 oz fat free cream cheese1 1/4 c. white sugar1/2 c. egg beaters1 c. mashed bananas1 tsp vanilla extract2 c. wheat flour1 1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda3/4 c. chopped pecans2 tbsp brown sugar2 teaspoons ground cinamon
1. cream the butter and cream cheese together. Gradually add the white sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the mashed bananas, vanilla, pecans brown sugar and cinnamon. Add flour, baking powder, and soda: mix until batter is just moist.
2. Divide 1/2 batter into two greased and flouerd 8x4 inch loaf pans.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 mins. or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
