Cheesy Joes

Ingredients
1 pkg soy crumbles1 jar sloppy joe sauceshredded low fat cheddar cheese1 or 2 slices bread (I like sourdough)butter for outside of sandwich
Directions
Fry up soy crumbles until warm, add sloppy joe sauce and heat until hot.
In another pan, heat and put down one lightly buttered bread, with buttered side down (like you would for a grilled cheese sandwich.
Put 1/3 c of sloppy joe mix on bread, add 1/3 c shredded cheese.
Put another piece of bread on top and lightly butter.
Turn when bottom side is browned.
Makes about 6 sandwiches. Can serve it open faced and with a side of fresh vegetables or salad. You may need a fork to eat it.
