Pour: 1 c. boiling water over 1 c. raisins.Add: 2 1/2 t. baking soda; cool.Mix: 1/2 c. applesuace 1 c. SplendaAdd: 1/2 t. salt 2 c. All-Bran 1 c. 40% Bran FlakesWhisk together: 1/2 c. Egg Beaters and 1 pint buttermilk.Combine: 4 1/4 c. whole wheat flour sugar mixture raisin mixture egg mixture
Directions
Bake in 375 oven for 20-25 minutes. Serves 37.
