Spinach Butternut Lentil Barley Soup

1 onionminced garlic1lb frozen butternut squash2 cups frozen spinach1 cup lentils1 cup pearl barley8 cups water
Directions
Saute onions and garlic

throw in squash and spinach and let cook

cover with the water

bring to a boil

put in barley and lentils
