Ingredients
3 c water1 stick cinnamon (bark)16 cardomom pods10 whole clovesdash black pepper4 black tea bags2 cup skim milksweetener
Directions
Boil cinnamon stick, cardomom pods, cloves, and black pepper in the water; then simmer 10 minutes on low. Add tea bags and allow to steep at least 20 minutes. Strain and add milk. Store in glass container in refrigerator. Warm to serve with sweetener. Can also add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp lemon or orange flavoring to full mixture.
