PUT ALL INGREDIENTS INTO BLENDER OR SMOOTHIE BLENDER

BLEND UNTIL LIQUID AND FROTHIE, POUR INTO A CHILLED GLASS (ALTHOUGH IT TASTES JUST AS GOOD IN A REGULAR GLASS)
TOP WITH A DOLOP OF YOGURT AND SPRINKLE OF NUTMEG.

THE ORIGINAL RECIPE CALLS FOR FAT FREE MILK, AND FAT FREE GREEK YOGURT, AS WELL AS AGAVE NECTAR IN PLACE OF THE HONEY. BUT DUE TO MY ALLERGIES, I'VE HAD TO ADJUST THESE 3 INGREDIENTS. NUMMY

    pretty good. But don't expect a sweet smoothie. It's plenty creamy and flavorful, but it's not at all sweet. - 3/27/09
