1 slice Canadian bacon1/4 c. egg beaters1 tsp. canola oil1 Thomas' Light Multigrain English Muffin1 slice Fat Free Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Place Canadian bacon in microwave safe ramekin. Mix egg beaters and canola oil and pour on top of Canadian bacon. Cover ramekin loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes or until all the egg is cooked. Remove from microwave and place cheese on top of egg mixture. Tuck in the corners of the cheese slice so they don't hang over the edges of the ramekin. Cover loosely with plastic wrap so that the cheese melts while the muffin toasts. Toast muffin. Remove egg mixture from ramekin and place between muffin halves. Serve.
