Ingredients
I can green peas drained2 hard boiled eggs chopped1/2 green pepper finely chopped1/2 red pepper finely chopped1/2 cup onion finely chopped1/4 cup diced cheddar cheese1 tbsp light mayosalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix ingredients all together, cover and chill until ready to serve.

    i used Fr. Peas and a touch more Light Mayo. I also added about 2 Tbls. Lt. Sour Cream to make it creamier.
    I also added Dill Weed, Parsley and a dask of garlic power.
    Was gone in no time, DH ate it and he doesn't even care for Peas. - 3/14/10
