Ingredients
Butternut Squash, .5 cup pureeEgg, fresh, 3 large Milk, 1%, .75 cup soft wheat bread, organic, Trader Joe's, 10 slicesnonstick cooking spray
Directions
Makes 10 servings of 1 slice each french toast.

Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, and puree in a shallow dish.
Soak bread one slice at a time for 15-20 seconds each,
Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray for each side of each piece of bread as the squash seems to make it want to stick a lot.
Cook each piece of toast 3-4 minutes per side.
