1 cup of milk1 Tbs butter1 clove garlic, minced1 Tbs flour2 cups Gruyere or Swiss cheese, shredded2 cups cheddar cheese, shreddedI wasn't able to calculate the flour but it would only add a small amount of calories to the recipe.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together milk, butter, garlic and flour; cook for 5 minutes. Gradually add cheeses; stir until melted. Transfer mixture to fondue pot. Keep warm.
Serve with crusty bread cubes - that you dip into the cheese. The amount of bread you eat will add additional calories
