Black Bean Brownie - large batch

Ingredients
2 cans Mrs Grimes Black beans, well rinsed1 C egg substitute2 C Equal Sugar Lite10 T cocoa2 tsp baking powder4 T extra virgin olive oil2 tsp vanilla extract2 oz waterFor topping: 2 T powdered sugar1/4 c. whole wheat flour
Directions
In a blender, combine well rinsed black beans (2 cans), egg substitute and water. Blend until very smooth. Stir together in a bowl, combine Sugar Lite, cocoa, baking powder and flour; add bean mixture and stir well. Add oil, and vanilla. Bake in 13 X 9 pan, 350 F for 35-40 minutes. Sift powder sugar over top of brownies. Let cool completely before cutting into 24 brownies. 1 brownie = 1 serving
