* Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) * Salt, 2 tbsp (remove) * red chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove) * amchur powder, 1 tsp (remove) * garam masala, 1.5 tsp (remove) * atta chakki sujata, 1.33 cup (remove) * Carrots, raw, 7.5 cup, grated (remove)
Grate the Carrots, and put 1 tbsp of salt, and set aside for 10 mins
squeeze the water out of the carrots, and then saute them in a pan after adding oil.
saute them till the carrot has dried out and becoming a slightly redder color! saute on medium high flame....will take approx 10 to 15 mins on pan
divide the dough in 6 equal balls
roll out each dough to half its capacity then, put the carrot inside the dough, close and roll out again.
once rolled out, put on pan and cook till done

grounded to fine powder.....u can increase or decrease the garam masala as per ur taste and spicy needs
