Kraft's Tex-Mex Taco Dinner (modified)

1 lb ground turkey1/2 c chopped onion1/2 c chopped bell pepper1tbsp chili powder1tsp cumin1 c ff chicken broth1 c water2 c instant brown rice 1/2 c cheez whiz2 c shredded lettuce1 c chopped tomatoes
brown ground turkey, onions and bell peppers. add chili powder, cumin, broth and water, boil. stir in rice, cheez whiz, and corn. cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve topped with lettuce, and tomatoes. Makes 8 servings, 1 cup each.
You can also serve this on a bed of crushed baked tortilla chips with a bit of sour cream on top for a salad (of course these are not in the calorie count)
