High Fiber White Rice Pilaf

In a non stick pan cook in a small amount of water:1 cup onion1 cup celeryAdd 2 tbs salt1/8 teaspoon pepperAdd 3 cups Jasmine Rice6 tablespoons Flax seed mealAdd 4.5 cups of water1/2 10 package of frozen spinachcover and let come to a boil. Turn off heat and let stand for 20 min.
