Ingredients
Directions
Yams, sea salt and seasonings to taste.
Preheat oven to 225.
Take a raw yam. Run it under cold water, rubbing it's skin for a few moments. Dash some sea salt over it.
Let the yam roast for 3-4 hours.
I add a pat of butter and a good dose of cinnamon to mine, but you can add whatever you want.
This is simply the tastiest sweet potato you will ever have. The amount of servings is how many potatoes you cook. You will need to measure the potato to know exactly how many calories per finished yam.

I recently added yams to our diet to make it healthier and was looking for an easy way to season them. I sprinkled mine (after being cooked in my slow cooker) with cinnamon and added a pat of butter, you were so right "tastiest sweet potato you will ever have!" I omitted the salt. - 10/31/11
