Easy Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 can of cream of mushroom soup8 oz (or about 4 cups) uncooked egg noodles1/2 cup Sour Cream1 lb hamburger or venison1 cup water1/4 cup milk
Directions
Boil Noodles. Brown hamburger in skillet. Add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, water, and milk. Simmer 10 minutes. Drain Noodles, and mix hamburger mixture in with the noodles.

    My recipe is similar. I use a whole box of farfalle pasta, with a family size can of Campbells reduced fat cream of mushroom soup. Then I mix the soup, meat and sour cream together. Once pasta is cooked and drained, I mixed everything. My daughter loves it and it makes enough for lunch the next day. - 2/25/12
