Low Fat Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 c. flour, sifted- 0.5 c. sugar- 0.5 tsp. baking soda- 0.5 tsp. baking powder- 1 tsp. cinnamon- 0.5 c. brown sugar, packed- 1 egg- 1 tsp. vanilla- 0.5 c. unsweetened applesauce- 0.25 c. (4 Tbsp.) unsalted butter, softened- 2 c. old fashioned oats
Directions
-Makes 36 cookies.

-Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Add wet ingredients and then stir in the old fashioned oats well.

-Spoon onto a non-stick cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. The edges should be golden brown, enjoy!
