Fresh strawberry banana smoothie

Ingredients
5 fresh strawberries, medium size1 medium-length banana (7-8 in)1/4 cup skim milkappx one cup ice (not chopped)
Directions
cut off the stems of the strawberries, then slice strawberries into fours. peel one banana, cut into thirds. put strawberries and banana into blender. add 1/4 cup skim milk, then top with about 1 cup ice. cover blender and blend until smooth. stir to ensure all ice is blended, then add 2-3 packets of splenda for taste. stir in and blend again for 20 seconds.
