6 slices White Bread - Cubed and Crusted1lb Shredded Cheddar Cheese8 Eggs2 tsp Salt2 tsp Dry Mustard4 cups MilkPaprika
Butter 9x13 pan generously. Please bread evenly on bottom. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs, add salt, mustard and milk and pour over bread and cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerated minium of 12 hours - Cover with Saran Wrap. Take out 1/2 hour before baking. Bake 1 hour at 325. (Can also add sausage or ham.)
